Executive Experience

Nigel de Wit has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare, including over 15 years as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of a multi-site radiology and diagnostic imaging organization. He understands the operational, financial, and strategic challenges facing independent imaging practices and works directly with owners and leadership teams to achieve their goals.

Acquisition, Expansion and Sale Experience

Nigel has been personally involved in the acquisition of multiple radiology centers, the development and opening of new centers, the relocation and consolidation of existing centers, and the sale of multiple centers. He has managed key aspects of due diligence, financial analysis, vendor negotiations, contract reviews and transition planning throughout these transactions, providing practical, real-world experience from both the buy-side and sell-side.

Improving Practice Performance

Throughout his career, Nigel has worked closely with practice owners to improve profitability, reduce unnecessary costs, optimize reimbursement, and develop additional revenue opportunities. His experience includes operational efficiency initiatives, vendor and payer negotiations, workflow improvements, and strategic planning to enhance practice value and position the business for future growth or a successful sale.
